Our olive grove sits on five acres in Rescue, California, in the Sierra foothills. The trees benefit from long days of sun and cool evening breezes, contributing to the clean, balanced flavor of our oil.

 

We grow and harvest our olives using organic practices, without synthetic chemicals or additives. Everything is done on-site and by hand — from tending the trees to milling and bottling — to ensure the highest level of quality and freshness.

The result is a small-batch, extra virgin olive oil that’s fresh, unfiltered, and made with care.

 

Our goal is simple: to produce honest, high-quality oil that reflects the character of the land and the work behind it.
